It's not rocket science engaging with bloggers - they're people. Unfortunately a lot of companies seem to want to treat them like PR companies. Sending a blogger a press release (unless they've specifically asked for it) is probably not going to work. The attachments and no content in the email type thing is also annoying (it won't work with a lot of journos either, so why people still do it is beyond me) Nice post.
